Statement regarding Article 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data

Pursuant to and in accordance with article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 - Privacy Code on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, the processing of information relating to you, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.

"Treatment of Personal Data" means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic means or however authorised, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data referring to public or private subjects.


Purposes of the data processing

The processing to which your data will be subject aims to provide for the proper fulfilment of the contract conditions and for the fulfilment of civil and tax obligations, updating of customer and supplier lists, internal statistical analysis, business information and promotion of our business.


Method of data processing

The data will be treated mainly by electronic and computer systems, and will be stored on computer media or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the Minimum Security Measures pursuant to the Technical Specifications Annex "B" to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003.


Nature of the data

The conferment of data is compulsory in relation to the purposes relating to contractual obligations and therefore for the performance of all activities necessary for the execution of contractual obligations. Any complete or partial refusal to provide the data may result in the failure or partial performance of the contract, or the inability to continue the relationship, which is no fault of ours, with all consequential effects.


Communication and dissemination of data

The data may be disclosed:

  • to our employees, contractors, consultants and agents;
  • to subjects that must be involved for the fulfilment of contractual obligations;
  • to external company personnel involved in the management and maintenance of information technology systems;
  • to banks for financial transactions related to our business relationships;
In no case will they be subject to dissemination.

Is our Company Cambiamente S.r.l. in the person of its Legal Representative Jennifer Schiavon who for the purposes of this Law is domiciled at our Head Office.

Rights of access to personal data and other rights

(Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003)
You may exercise your rights with reference to the Data Controller at any time pursuant to Art. 7, which for your convenience has been set out below:

  • A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
  • A data subject shall have the right to be informed regarding:
    • the source of the personal data;
    • the purposes and methods of processing;
    • the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the assistance of electronic means;
    • the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5 paragraph 2;
    • of the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
  • A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
    • updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
    • erasure, alteration into an anonymous form or blocking of data that have been unlawfully processed, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
    • certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
  • A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
    • on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
    • to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct marketing or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
